Order tracking

All orders come with tracking. A tracking number and link can be located in your shipment confirmation email by clicking the 'View your order' button

How long is your processing time?

We know you are gearing up to stalk your postie, so we make it our mission to get orders dispatched as quickly as possible! Some of our items are handmade to order so please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be shipped.

Can I change or add to my order after placing it?

Please contact us by emailing kikiandco.nz@gmail.com or replying to your order conformation email as quickly as possible with your changes and we will do our best to assist you if your order hasn't already been started.

Can I combine two orders?

If you’d like to combine multiple orders, please contact us by emailing kikiandco.nz@gmail.com or replying to your order conformation email ASAP. If your orders haven’t already been packed or dispatched, we’ll combine them into 1 parcel and refund you the postage balance. As our dispatch times are sometimes super fast, we may not always be able to combine your orders where your first order has already been packed and ready for dispatch.

How can I view my order confirmation?

We'll email you a confirmation after you've placed your order, containing details of all the items you've purchased. Sometimes these emails can land in your spam or junk mail boxes. If you have an account with Kiki & Co you can view your order history via our website.

I live in Nelson, can I pick my order up?

We offer contactless local pickup from our Stoke based studio, use the code LOCAL at checkout to save on shipping. Then contact me by emailing at kikiandco.nz@gmail.com or replying to your order conformation email once your order has been placed to organise your pickup.


Custom Duties & Taxes

If you are ordering from outside of New Zealand, we encourage you to research your country's import regulations before placing an order. We don't hold responsibility for the payment of any custom taxes or duties that your country may apply. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

NZ orders will usually arrive within 2-3 days once shipped. You will receive tracking details via email (check your junk or spam inbox if you cant find it)

Please allow an extra few days at busy times of the year such as Christmas or black Friday, and also during major weather events, road closures, canceled ferry's etc.

For international orders, timeframes vary greatly. You can get a more up to date timeframe on the NZ Post website here

 

My tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days (NZ orders only), what should I do?

We would encourage you to open an investigation with Post Haste NZ.

My tracking hasn't updated in 14 business days (International orders only), what should I do?

International delays are common at the moment due to large volumes of parcels leaving NZ and very limited flight capacity. It is extremely common for international orders to be waiting for departure in AUK for up to 14 business days.

If this time period has passed, we would encourage you to open an investigation with NZ Post here
